I came home for my half-marathon the weekend after thanksgiving and was so glad becuase I got to spend my little brother's birthday with him. I also was able to make it to the annual gingerbread house making day with my mom and her friends. If I might say so myself, our little pink house was the best :)! We were also able to do a big volunteering day at church called Bring the Love. We helped make lunches for the over 900 volunteers and it was a great bonding experience for my mom, brother and I. We also got to go to the annual Santa Brunch at the TPC. It's always so nice to participate in family traditions.
