The day after Christmas the fam and I took off to Barcelona, Spain for 6 days. All of our days were jam packed with sight seeing and because of the time change we were all passed out by 5 pm. Dad sprained his ankle somewhere between Las Vegas and Spain so he had to skip the first two days of sight seeing but we got him a cane and he limped along for the rest of the time.
Included in our trip was New Year's Eve. Since we went to bed so early every day NYE was tough but we went to a Flamenco show which was phenominal and we ended up passing out around 11 pm. We woke up in the morning and got to celebrate NYE when the ball dropped Vegas time on CNN at 9 am.
The best part of Barcelona was definetly the food and architecture.
