Jane of all trades.

I work for Jen. She is me...only better.

She runs marathons (I run halfs). She graduated with a degree in accounting and marketing (I graduated with one in accounting). She started her own business baking and does so well (I am just learning to cook).

That said, I am so excited to learn from her and work under her. Today was my first day baking (I am officially the accountant/office manager/baker of Batter Bakery) and it was heavenly.

Huge mixers, spatulas galore, taste tests and the biggest kitchen I have ever been in.

We worked all day, mixing, cutting, cracking eggs, 10 or 15 different recipies. In the freezer, out of the freezer. In the oven, out of the oven....dum de dum.

Did I mention how much of an arm workout zesting lemons is? LOTS of lemons.

MMMMM....baking, accounting and eating....I could get used to this.
